Description of post: 
NPO situated in Charlo/Lorraine area looking for Director to head up the operations. Previous managerial experience essential. Salary:

 Total cost to company is R30 000 per month. 
This is non negotiable. Post requirements: 
 • Three year relevant tertiary qualification and/or appropriate practical experience together with proven track record; 
 • Possess strong leadership qualities;
 • The effective management of staff as well as the exercise of control over existing policies and procedures;
 • The ability to assess financial statements and report thereon; 
• Responsible for the annual budget to be submitted to Management Board for approval; • Strong marketing attributes; 
• The ability to compile detailed reports in respect of SWOT analysis or the like and report thereon to the Management Board; 
 • Computer literacy essential; 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
 • The ability to raise and head up fundraising projects;
