We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct telephone calls
Welcome and assist visitors and residents
Manage reception and administrative duties
Handle emails, correspondence, and filing
Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Previous reception or administrative experience advantageous
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working every 2nd weekend.
