Mission: to assist passenger with information and carrying their luggage to and from the train.
Outputs: Collect passenger luggage. And carry it to and from the train, assist passengers with special needs eg disabled and elderly passengers for their convenience, give general information, display boarding list, ensure baggage and luggage is weighed and labelled
