Clerical Office Assistant
Duties:
• Visit customers and suppliers
• In charge of the switch board
• Assist in sales and marketing
• Logistical support
• Pick up supplies
• Assist other office stuff as required
• Perform other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the job description
Qualifications:
• One year related experience in such a role
• Valid driver’s license
• Working knowledge of basic computer software and hardware
• Working knowledge of general office procedures
• Ability to work under pressure
Working hours
8am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Reporting to CEO.
