RESTAURANT NIGHT- SHIFT FLOOR MANAGER FOR UP - MARKET RESTAURANT - Bloemfontein
Bloemfontein based Social Caffe/Restaurant is looking for experienced hands on restaurant Manager to join the team.
We are looking for the following:
• Minimum Matric qualification
• Fine dining and wine industry experience
• At least three years’ experience in similar position
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Must be willing to work hospitality hours
• Own transport
Responsibilities:
• Allocating duties to waitrons and cleaners
• Hold motivational staff briefings
• Manning the floor, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Staff cash ups
• Staff training
• Ensuring the restaurant is kept tidy at all times
• Front of House stock take
• Closing of restaurant
